Research Parts with AI
Two homepage entries belong together: Research Parts with AI and Parse Datasheets with AI. Docs say Copilot can search the library for parts that meet specifications and extract datasheet facts through @file. The marketing line is live inventory, pricing, and alternates so the BoM is ready to source.
That is the workflow that sold me. I would rather argue with a datasheet extract than with a hallucinated 0402 that does not exist. I still open the PDF for abs-max and layout notes. The extract is a map.
Speedy is enough for “what packages exist.” General is the one I want for “compare these three LDOs for 250mA continuous.”
